Exceptions surface within 15 minutes.
The alert engine watches for what breaks an SLA (a vehicle idle too long, a missed charge, a route running late) and raises it while it can still be fixed.
Everyone works from the same record.
Driver, client, Fleet Partner and charge-point apps put each fix in front of the right person, and the result comes back as a number.
