What we operate
Everything between the vehicle and the doorstep.
Six things have to work every day for a delivery to land. We hold all six, and we report on all six.
Vehicles
Electric mini trucks, light trucks and larger container trucks, matched to route profile rather than to whatever is available.
Drivers
Recruited, trained, rostered and paid by us. Attrition, compliance and background checks are our problem, not yours.
Charging
Depot charging at our hubs, with partner networks as overflow. Charging is planned around your delivery windows.
Maintenance
Preventive schedules driven by telemetry, not by calendar. Battery health is tracked per vehicle.
Compliance
Permits, insurance, fitness, driver documentation. Auditable and current.
Reporting
Monthly operations review, SLA reporting and API access to trip and status events.
Onboarding
Six weeks from first conversation to live volume.
Nothing is quoted before the route study, because quoting before it means guessing.
- 01Week 1
Route study
We ride your existing routes and measure them: distance bands, drop density, dwell time, charging windows.
- 02Week 2–3
Deployment plan
Vehicle mix per route, hub siting, charging plan, driver roster and the SLA we are prepared to sign.
- 03Week 4–6
Pilot
A live subset under full telemetry, reviewed weekly against the baseline we measured in week 1.
- 04Week 7+
Scale and review
Ramp to full volume, with a monthly operations review against the agreed SLA.

05 questions
01What happens when a vehicle goes down mid-route?
City ops holds spare capacity at each hub. The alert engine raises an exception within 15 minutes of the threshold being crossed, and the replacement is dispatched before the route slips. Uptime commitments are part of the SLA.
02Do we need to change our routing or WMS?
No. We operate against your existing plan and integrate at the data layer. API access to trip, status and proof-of-delivery events is part of the engagement.
03How is charging handled in cities with thin infrastructure?
Depot charging at our hubs is the default, with public charging through partner networks as overflow. Charging windows are planned around your delivery windows, not the other way round.
04What does the reporting look like?
A monthly operations review covering utilisation, on-time rate, kilometres per battery-percent, vehicle health and emissions avoided. Every figure carries its as-of date.
05What is the commercial model?
A per-vehicle-per-month operating fee, or a per-delivery rate where volume is predictable. Both are quoted after the route study, because quoting before it means guessing.
Next step
Send us your routes. We will tell you what they cost electric.
Cities, volumes and current fuel mix are enough to start. The route study comes before any number we would put in writing.
