Becoming a client

Six weeks from first conversation to live volume.

Nothing is quoted before the route study, because quoting before it means guessing.

  1. 01Week 1

    Route study

We ride your existing routes and measure them: distance bands, drop density, dwell time, charging windows.

  2. 02Week 2–3

    Deployment plan

Vehicle mix per route, hub siting, charging plan, driver roster and the SLA we are prepared to sign.

  3. 03Week 4–6

    Pilot

A live subset under full telemetry, reviewed weekly against the baseline we measured in week 1.

  4. 04Week 7+

    Scale and review

Ramp to full volume, with a monthly operations review against the agreed SLA.

Testimonials

Heard on the ground, in their own words.

Electric logistics is judged where the work happens: at the warehouse dock, on the route and at the depot. So rather than tell you how it goes, we would rather you hear it from there.

Short videos from client teams at Solex, IKEA, DB Schenker, Zomato Hyperpure, Reliance, Deliver IT, Mother Dairy, Allcargo and Reliance Digital, filmed on a phone where the work happens. Press play, with the sound on.

Case studies

Figures we publish are figures a client has signed.

Cost per delivery, on-time rate and tCO₂e avoided come from the deployment itself, and each is published only with the client’s written approval. Until then, case studies are shared on request.

  • Cost per delivery, against the diesel baseline
  • On-time rate, from the command centre
  • tCO₂e avoided, on the published method

Questions we get asked

04 questions

01Which kinds of company do you work with?

Enterprises with first- and mid-mile routes: 3PLs and express carriers, quick commerce and grocery, retail chains, consumer services, FMCG, pharma, manufacturing and energy. The index above names 34 of the 80+ we serve, by sector.

02Do we have to buy the vehicles?

No. Fleet-as-a-service means we supply and run the vehicles, drivers, charging, maintenance and compliance, and you pay one monthly invoice: a fixed part per vehicle plus a variable part.

03How long does a deployment take to go live?

About six weeks from the first conversation: a route study in week one, a deployment plan by week three, a pilot under full telemetry by week six, then ramp to full volume.

04Can we see case studies with figures?

Once clients sign them off. Every published metric needs written client approval, so case studies are shared on request and published here as approvals arrive. Ask the fleet team for the ones relevant to your sector.
