Privacy policy

This website is run by Bluwheelz Mobility Services Pvt Ltd (CIN U63030DL2022PTC401109), registered at 1/56-D, Laxmi Nagar, Lalita Park, New Delhi 110092. We decide how the personal data this site collects is used, which makes us its data fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Only what you choose to send us, and the basics any website receives:

• Enquiries. Your name, email and phone number and, depending on the conversation, your city, company, role, fleet size, fuel mix or partnership type, and anything you write in the message box.
• Job applications. Your name, email, phone number, city, the team you want to join, a profile or CV link and your message.
• The quarterly note. Your email address, only if you tick the consent box.
• WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, your WhatsApp number and your messages, which our assistant and our team answer.
• Technical data. When you load a page, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details. We use your IP address briefly to limit how many forms can be sent from one connection; it is not stored with your enquiry.
• Spam protection. When you use one of our forms, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a program, is sending it, using technical details about your browser and connection. It is used for that check only.
• Analytics, only if you allow it. When you choose Accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics records how the website is used: the pages you view, the buttons you press, your device and browser type and your approximate area (to city level). It sets cookies so it can recognise a returning browser. It never receives what you type into a form. It stays off until you allow it, and you can switch it off at any time from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we use analytics cookies only with your permission. The “Ask Blu” assistant on this website answers in your browser: what you type into it is not sent to us.

• To reply to your enquiry, and to send it to the desk that handles it.
• To consider your job application.
• To send you a WhatsApp confirmation of your enquiry, when you ask for one.
• To send you occasional updates, when you have agreed to them.
• To keep this website secure and stop it being misused.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website, when you have allowed analytics.

When you send a form, you give us those details for that purpose. The WhatsApp confirmation and the updates are separate choices, never ticked for you, and so is analytics, which stays off until you allow it. You can withdraw your consent to any of them at any time: analytics from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page, and the others by writing to info@bluwheelz.co.in. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you asked.

Our own team, and service providers who process it for us under our instructions: website hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) for WhatsApp messages, Cloudflare for the spam check on our forms, Google for analytics when you allow it, and the tools our team uses to manage enquiries. Some of them may process data outside India, as the law allows.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for, plus any period the law requires us to keep records. Then we delete it.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, where we no longer need it;
• hear and resolve a grievance about how we handle it;
• let someone you nominate act for you if you cannot.

Write to info@bluwheelz.co.in. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We protect personal data with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, and the people and providers who handle it only see what they need. No way of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us anything more than the forms ask for.

When what we collect or how we use it changes, we update this page and the date at the top of it.

For anything about your personal data, including a grievance, write to info@bluwheelz.co.in or by post to Bluwheelz Mobility Services Pvt Ltd, 1/56-D, Laxmi Nagar, Lalita Park, New Delhi 110092.
